Ways to prepare cauliflower:
1.Just cut the florets into bit size pieces and add your favorite dressing.
2.Tossed it with fresh garlic, some virgin olive oil and seasoning and roast them in your oven or grilled them on the BBQ.
3.Place the bite size pieces into a steamer and steam them for about 5-6 minutes.
